The Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) is proud to announce their renewed partnership with Concierge Business Travel as the official corporate travel supplier for future Olympic Teams up until the Tokyo 2020 Summer Games.

An official Olympic Team supplier since 2013, Concierge arranged the travel logistics for over 800 athletes, team officials, and members of the Rio 2016 Olympic Team totalling 1,699 air tickets.

“The AOC is excited to continue a great partnership with Concierge Business Travel and we are very pleased to have them remain a part of the Olympic family as an official Team supplier,” said AOC CEO, Matt Carroll.

“Concierge plays an important role in the preparations for future Olympic Teams and will be a key component in the travel management of Australia’s participation at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games, Youth Games and the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.”

The renewed partnership will see Concierge Business Travel provide all travel arrangements for the AOC including the following events:

  • Winter Olympic Games – February 2018 (PyeongChang, South Korea);
  • Youth Olympic Games – October 2018 (Buenos Aires, Argentina);
  • Pacific Games – July / August 2019 (Apia, Samoa);
  • ANOC Beach Games – September 2019 (San Diego, USA);
  • Winter Youth Olympic Games – January 2020 (Lausanne, Switzerland); and
  • Summer Olympic Games – August 2020 (Tokyo, Japan).
