Concierge Connect is Concierge Travel Group’s corporate social responsibility programme.

Our vision for corporate social responsibility (CSR) is to act responsibly for the long term in how we conduct business, to help meet our ambition of being the most trusted and responsible travel company. Our vision and strategy for CSR is aligned to the company strategy and is created jointly by staff and management.

Our Policy

The Concierge Travel Group adopts strong social and environmental policies within our organisation as well as our community. Our programs are diverse and embrace areas such as community relations, business ethics and the environment. All our divisions work together and are committed to delivering the optimal Corporate Social Responsibility outcome for all involved.

Charity Connect

Charity Connect is part of the Concierge Connect program run by the Concierge Travel Group. It was established to encourage staff and clients to participate in activities for worthwhile charities around Australia and the world.

Whether you want to volunteer your time or donate money, we can connect you with one of our charity partners that suit your company. You can also encourage your clients and staff to participate.

Our staff volunteer at charity events including those for the Cancer Council of Australia. We encourage all our staff and clients to participate where possible.

Climate Friendly

"Concierge Travel Group is taking action on climate change by working with Climate Friendly to measure and offset greenhouse gas emissions associated with its carbon footprint, and are helping clients follow suit through a range of carbon management services”.

Concierge Travel Group has committed to mitigating climate change by offsetting 53.54 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions with Voluntary Carbon Standard renewable energy carbon credits sourced by Climate Friendly from the Gudhepanchani Wind Farm in India. This covers emissions for the period 1/7/08 – 31/12/08 for the following sources:

37.1        tonnes to offset electricity;
1.8          tonnes to offset company driving;
14.64     tonnes to offset air travel;

Concierge Travel Group will continue to work with Climate Friendly to benchmark their carbon footprint reductions through carbon accounting and regular benchmarking.
